​A Pattern made for the love of mushrooms! Fungi are so fascinating, they are in a league all of their own and are integral to life, with so many beneficial properties from food, to medicine to dyes to name a few but knowledge is key, as some can also be deadly...

Insects are so interesting, strange, colourful and hugely beneficial to the environment. They make up to 90% of all species of animals on the planet so it was hard to choose which ones to use in this pattern, sadly they are suffering large scale decline all over the world, I wanted to show support

Moths are often overlooked but they are so beautiful and important, and dear to my heart, they are brilliant pollinators that play a vital role in the ecosystem. Many species are facing massive decline in numbers, thankfully there are things     we can all do to help save our moth friends

This pattern is inspired by weird creatures from the depths of the ocean & bioluminescent marine organisms, some of which have odd glowing appendages, flashing lights or translucent skin. I  also wanted to highlight my desire to admire, promote and protect all marine life

A pattern packed with  delightful Jellyfish of all kinds, set on a background of the Jellyfish Nebulae. Unlike some species I've been inspired by, Jellies are increasing rapidly. These incredible invertebrates come in many shapes, colours & can even make their own light, despite having no brain!

A celebration of the night time and the elusive nocturnal creatures, who have cleverly avoided human contact for centuries. With a hexagonal and symmetrical form this pattern has a certain harmony between the moon phases, the moths & Bats who have their own natural symmetry
